Excellent service, great guy. Ben did a great job of identifying the issue and resolving it quickly and efficiently. He tried to repair the tap and waste disposal unit that were not working before replacing them in order to save money. He went out of his way to get the job done as quickly as possible. He also helped me with a couple of other random handyman queries I had which were not part of the main job and didn't charge me for them. He also took it in his stride when my dog ate his glasses and was so nice about it!! I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Really charming guy.

Ben arrived on time. He called before he arrived. He was very courteous, he worked very hard to fix a job which was done badly by previous plumbers. He helped me test the washing machine and left the place in perfect condition. I would highly recommend him.

Ben was very friendly and punctual, and I'd recommend him to anyone. He was professional and knowledgeable, wore appropriate PPE and was helpful in terms of providing plumbing advice. I'll definitely call on Ben again should I have any other plumbing issues.
