Emergency repairs to leaking stopcock and toilet
Superb work carried out to fix emergency leak to stopcock and toilet. Stuart was absolutely brilliant in finding solutions for problems with some very old plumbing. Not only did he manage to fix the emergency issues he also offered to source a specialist part and return to complete a permanent solution. Stuart also advised me on various practical things I could do to help with maintenance and let me try his plumbing key to turn off the external stop tap so I could be confident in doing it if needed in future. Also very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Upgrade the dated central heating system. Install a new boiler and replace radiators.
As always Stuart carried out a thorough review of the dated system and advised on what needed replacing to make the system work effectively. The work was carried out in thre phases, efficiently with no fuss and completed on time and within budget. Stuart is also a very tidy worker.

Boiler and water cylinder service
Stuart knew his job very well and undertook the work to a very high standard. He was very informative about the work being undertaken and the job which was being undertaken. The work was to a very high standard and I will definitely use Benchmark Heating again.
