Amazing! Thank you so much Ben. After letting out the house to tenants for 3 years, the carpets were in a huge mess; coffee stains, felt pen everywhere and very grubby. Job location: BN16I'm so happy with my lovel clean sofa, I had previously tried to clean up spills myself but it had just left water stains. Ben was very friendly, replied quickly and made my sofas look like new. I asked for the bottom cushions to be cleaned but he did the whole sofa including the back cushions. Ben came out and gave a quote and explained how he would be able to thoroughly clean the rugs and carpets and freshen the house (having had a dog run havoc between garden and home for some time). Arriving on time and with the minimum of disruption, as we had moved some items ourselves, Ben worked quickly and meticulously to bring new life back to our flooring. Ben arrived on time, he was very polite, friendly and most helpful. He fully explained what he would do before he started. Ben then cleaned all carpets which now look like new. Ben was courteous throughout and worked hard. I am really happy with the result. So much so I then also booked him to do my hall and dining room Kardean flooring. I will definitely use him again. We offer products to cover a wide range of requirements for carpets, fabrics, floors and on-going maintenance. These products are developed by the market leader in Eco Friendly cleaning solutions to meet strict performance, safety, quality and environmental criteria.
We will do our utmost to clean any spots and stains but if a stain has been on your carpets or upholstery for a while that does make it far more difficult to remove. We will do our best for you- Guaranteed!
Also if you have applied a shop bought ‘cleaner’ such as Vanish or 1000+1 and applied it to the stain that can cause more problems than it solves. As the reside is still there, therefore pollutants will and do get attracted to the area that is why over time the affected area gets darker and soils again quickly. More often than not, I will be able to remove all of the reside from the above "cleaners".
Whilst we are in your home working on your furnishings you may have been considering other carpets or upholstery that could benefit from a clean, if so please ask for a quote before I have finished as the cost of an extra room or two will be a lot less due to the fact that all the equipment and myself are already on site.
