  Friendly, Reliable and Professional Team

  We are delighted with our new driveway and porch. Ben and his team were friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the project. They were always accommodating, happy to answer any questions and kept us informed at every stage. The workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail, and the team completed the work to a very high standard. The end result has transformed the front of our house, and we are very pleased. We would happily recommend Ben and his team.

  Excellent and trustworthy local builder with great contacts

  Ben completed a 2 storey extension for our property. He was efficient and well-organised throughout the job and communicated with us regularly to provide updates and to support in making decisions. He and his team of tradesmen were knowledgeable and gave good advice during the work. His attention to detail is fantastic - for example, he spent time researching and locating roof tiles to match our existing ones rather than putting on new ones which would have stood out! The work was completed quickly and to a high standard - many people also commented about how tidy the site was throughout.

  Highly recommended - Professional and extremely organised

  A friend recommended Ben Davis Building to me for a large single story side extension that my wife and I wanted built, now that is near completion we are so pleased that we used Ben as he is extremely organised and works to a very high standard. The quality of Ben’s workmanship is excellent – everything from the footings to the final finishes. It was obvious to me from the start of the build that Ben wanted to construct something that he would be proud of. Throughout the build I have found Ben professional, informative and honest. The project will finish on time and within our budget.

  Home renovation and extension

  The team at Ben Davis Building carried out a major renovation and extension to my property. It involved effectively knocking down half my house and re-building it. They did an excellent job. Ben's attention to detail to make sure the finished build was to a good quality which was what makes him stand out against other builders. I was a very hands one client which seemed to work out well and he kept us informed throughout the build. I would recommend him and his team.
