Re-Piped gas from mains to boiler and hob
Brilliant piece of work from Norbert. He was an absolute professional and did a great job at short notice and to a very high standard. Was hugely impressed and would thoroughly recommend.

Emergency call out to fix water valve
Absolutely brilliant. I called at 3.30pm on a Friday afternoon and Norbert arrived less than half an hour later. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me options as to how I would like to proceed. He was polite, professional and super efficient. He took great care with my property and made extra sure that everything was tidy and functioned well before he left. His rates were very reasonable. I cannot recommend him enough.

Vertical pump installed in basement
An absolutely amazing piece of workmanship from beginning to end. Norbert came and assessed the problem within a couple of days of my request. He was able to do the work within a week or so. He came at the agreed time and he and his colleague were extremely polite and careful. They did the job without leaving any mess whatsoever. He is quite clearly very professional because he incorprated a couple of features which he explained to me were required (which make total sense inutitively but which I could not have imagined without the necessary exeprtise. The price was very reasonable.

Heating and hot water emergency
We needed emergency attendance (during the time of self-distancing) as no heating or hot water with two children in the house. Norbert came within 30 minutes making a detour as he was going to another job. He quickly established the fault. He picked up the necessary part and was back with us within an hour and fixed the combi-boiler. Very helpful and professional. Can't thank him enough.
