    The company clearly outlined the job as agreed in detail according to my wishes. The budget was clearly outlined and detailed and a clear record made as the work progressed, with clear, fair and acceptable explanations where additional costs were incurred through circumstances beyond their control (e.G. The foundations requiring an unforseeable change to the method needed). The job was thorough and competent, though several small snagging issues emerged as the various craftspeople did a good job but some not quite to perfection. These were dealt with when raised with the firm.

    Ben and the team were extremely hardworking, they always turned up on time and stayed late when necessary. Ben and Keeley kept in touch at all times and nothing was too much trouble. We are extremely happy with the standard of work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pristine.
