Ben was called out of hours to come and see a major water leak. Ben diagnosed the problem and fix it immediately. He then diligently checked other pipes and attachments. His attitude and efficiency was the best I’ve ever seen. He is a real standout from any Plumber and will highly recommend using him. Rude, destroys stuff, AVOID
This guy took our old shower out and fitted a new one, but completely ruined various our tiling in the process (despite knowing we were keeping the tiling!). Left mess, rude, ignorant, patronising. We've used him a few times in an emergency but never again. Charges more than he says as well. This plumber is rough - AVOID
Paid £2,300 and the workmanship was awful. He fitted taps we didn’t want, put hot and cold the wrong way round in the upstairs room, installed the shower screen backwards, and fitted the shower wonky on the wall. The tap came off in our hands. All three sinks leaked and needed a second visit. Our en‑suite only gets lukewarm due to incorrect fitting, he covered the isolator access, and left pipes draining into the street. Never again.Job location: NG28 Plumber

Great job , I wouldn't go through checkstrader again subsquent call fee £50 was exceptale , but to told checktrade will recieve over £200 out of job cost £720 Not acceptable.Job location: NG810 Plumber
