Reliable good quality plumber
Ben, is a reliable, punctual and good value plumber. He is good at communicating what he is doing for you and why. He keeps in contact with you throughout the job to tell you he will be with you and if there are any problems.

Problems with drainage and toilet systems
Ben was superb. Very quick response. He was thorough, professional and friendly. He helped out with lots of little other jobs too and gave information and advice about plumbing and heating. Ben was a conscientious and hard worker and I would have no hesitation using his services again.

Resolving a leak with radiator
Ben did a great job - a small leak in the radiator turned out to be a longer job than expected but Ben stayed and completed the job. He was friendly, tidy and I'd highly recommend him.
