I was asked to pay in full in advance. The job was done after rebooking a couple of times; I was not in at the time. The gutters were cleared however, a roof tile was dislodged and the guttering fixings have sunk so further work is required to fix.

I am quite disappointed with the service I received from Ben’s Gutters. When booking the appointment, I was informed that it would take between 30 - 60 minutes, and would feature my gutters being washed through (internally) and would cost £87. However: 1) The guy turned up at my front door 20 minutes earlier than the earliest agreed time. (Check their reviews - a lot of people have the same complaint). 2) The appointment took 17 minutes only - not 30 to 60 minutes. He arrived at 09:08, and left at 09:25. They left dirt after the job and I am not entirely convinced that the gutter was cleaned properly, they were also meant to seal a leaking point and that wasn’t done properly, it’s still leaking. They said someone would get back to me to sort out and I never heard back.

Excellent service, very polite worker and looked after property during the works. Would highly recommend!

Dave turned up early, was very quick and efficient and we were happy with the results. Would recommend.
