John, Tom & the team kept us up to speed with the work progress and what was needed. they cleaned up impressively well once the work was completed.

Very friendly, punctual and thorough. Communication was prompt whether it was via the phone or email. John was very knowledgeable and was able breakdown in detail what he was going to do. on the day he and team attending on time and carried out the work. I was not on site and there was and extra piece that needed attending to. John was quick to respond and came out the next morning to fix it. It was very. refreshing as John took away a lot of the anxiety of hiring tradesmen with his quick response and Reassurances.
