Exceptional work
I hired Ram and his team to remove some walls, put doors in, put steel beams in and remove our fireplace. Firstly and most importantly the job was done exactly as requested, without any fuss, and passed building inspection first time. Added to that Ram is great at explaining the process, considering different scenarios and ensuring quality is maintained at all points. No surprise costs, diligent, on time, even a bit early. Highly recommend.

Fit upvc windows

Kitchen wall knock through
Ramis knocked through our dining room to kitchen wall and fitted glazed doors. He went to great lengths to explain the process he would follow, did the job to a high standard and was really tidy, neat and courteous. Barnsley council building control inspected the work and signed it off and the job was reasonably priced. I would recommend Ramis for any similar work and he'll be my first port of call for future building needs.

Rebuilding exterior steps and attaching suitable handrail.
Ram and team have done an amazing job rebuilding the steps. They were too steep and dangerous for me. Also a handrail was added making the steps extra safe. Ram and his team are very polite and courteous. Ram consulted me as the job progressed to ensure that I was happy with the work being carried out, and also suggested options when needed. He also ensured my neighbours properties were cleaned up from dust made during the work. I am thrilled with my new steps and handrail and would have no hesitation recommending Ram and his team, and I would definitely use again.

Placement of a lintel above kitchen window and repairs to three step fractures
Work carried out within the timeframe quoted, within costs of the quote given and to a high standard. Premises left clean and tidy afterwards. Very pleased and will definitely send any future work his way. Ramis is polite and courteous, explaining everything entailed and generally helpful and informative.

Replace section of soil pipe
Ram quoted for the job on Friday when he was in the area and came back and sorted it the very next day. He arrived when he said he would, did a good job (with a clear explanation of what had been required) and left the area clean and tidy. I look forward to having Ram back again as I've got some larger jobs planned for later in the year
