  Complete re-landscape of garden

  Removed paving slabs that were covering the back garden, laid a stone patio, new paths, flower beds, lawn and installed a pond with waterfall. All work carried out to a very high standard and left in perfect condition. We are delighted with our new garden!

  Garage conversion and Renovations of the property

  We used Benstead Building Services for a garage conversion and to renovate our property. We have been exceptionally happy with the service provided. They are very polite and friendly to deal with. Our project had some complex aspects and they reassured us everything was under control and within their ability. This meant we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the process. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very respectful of working in our home. The end result is of high quality and we are thrilled. After seeing our renovations friends have used them for their projects as well.

  Kitchen knock through

  Large kitchen knock through including kitchen fit Paul and Ollie completes this work to the highest standard. They were always happy whilst at work and caused minimal disruption. Each evening the area was left spotless. They managed all deliveries well and were respectful of my neighbours. They gave me ideas on how to improve the design and layout by using their experience. The end product looked like a show home and I often got compliments for it. I couldn’t recommend the lads anymore! Would happily have them complete any other work I need doing!

  Two storey side extension

  Paul and Ollie were brilliant and cannot recommend them enough. Paul met with us regularly in the lead up to starting the extension to review plans with us and check we were ok with everything. During the build he organised all materials on our behalf as well as organised an equally brilliant team of trades - including electrics, plumbing, plastering, carpenters and decorators - all of whom i've used again since. Communication was great throughout and accommodated any changes. Building was finished ahead of time and bang on budget. Pricing was also very competitive.
