Matthew was a 'Star' - sorted out a plumbing issue that had been worrying me. He was patient, worked things through to find the problem, resolved it and kept me informed - nothing was too much bother and I'm really pleased it is sorted.

I am highly dissatisfied with Matthew Bentley and Surrey and Build. They are unreliable and have not started or completed our kitchen, windows, loft, or wardrobe despite receiving 75% payment. They irresponsibly dumped rubbish in our bedroom and left hazards like a dead mouse, mouse droppings and sawdust on our bed. They damaged our plumbing and caused water damage to neighbor's property. They work only 2 hrs a day, leave for 5hrs to supposedly look for materials. This causes renovations to be done at a slow pace .They’ve refused to finish the job, leaving our kitchen in a unusable condition.

Great communication throughout. Reliable, tidy & courteous. The work was carried out efficiently and on time and end result was better than expected. More than happy. Skylight added with new kitchen and flooring. Matt & Razzo worked above and beyond. Will use again.
