Kevin from Bentley Group came to service my boiler, he arrived at 12:50 for a ‘morning appointment’ without keeping me updated on timings. He left heating oil dripped on the floor through my utility room, kitchen and dining room to the front door on tiled and wooden flooring which soaked in and required considerable cleaning to fix the staining and oil smell. He also damaged the boxing around my boiler to change an oil feed pipe which they managed to do the year before without issue or damage. OMG Mr. Bentley arrived at the time I was expecting him, he was the fifth plumber I called. The other plumbers couldn't fit my work in for several days, some for weeks, even though this was an emergency. Mr. Bentley was so polite, he understood the urgency of the situation of having no heating and a leaking pipe. Everything was sorted and left in tip top order, I have actually recommended Mr. Bentley to a few friends. They are all delighted too. My home is a flint brick property the leak on the outside pipe was done so sympathetically, the copper pipes used look so in keeping.
