    Water softener

    Excellent job. Very honest and friendly chap. Done an excellent job . Would use all the time. Very tidy and completed job with no problems.

    Oil Boiler Service.

    Kevin from Bentley Group came to service my boiler, he arrived at 12:50 for a ‘morning appointment’ without keeping me updated on timings. He left heating oil dripped on the floor through my utility room, kitchen and dining room to the front door on tiled and wooden flooring which soaked in and required considerable cleaning to fix the staining and oil smell. He also damaged the boxing around my boiler to change an oil feed pipe which they managed to do the year before without issue or damage. I was not told about the mess or damage and was left to discover these issues myself.

    Broken heating system, also a broken leaking pipe

    OMG Mr. Bentley arrived at the time I was expecting him, he was the fifth plumber I called. The other plumbers couldn't fit my work in for several days, some for weeks, even though this was an emergency. Mr. Bentley was so polite, he understood the urgency of the situation of having no heating and a leaking pipe. Everything was sorted and left in tip top order, I have actually recommended Mr. Bentley to a few friends. They are all delighted too. My home is a flint brick property the leak on the outside pipe was done so sympathetically, the copper pipes used look so in keeping. AMAZING 10/10

    Boiler restarted

    New oil fired boiler

    Very professional, pleasant to have in the house, no problems or issues. Will use them again and happy to recommend them
