Friendly, polite and efficient.
An appointment was made to have a dedicated electric oven point installed. The electricians arrived promptly, explained that although the work would take a few hours, the electricity would only be off for as litle as 10 minutes. Luke and his colleague were friendly, polite and professional. The work was undertaken with minimal upheaval and a very neat job was carried out. Thank you Luke and Co.Job location: PO310 Electrician

Change of consumer unit.

Emergency call out to a circuit tripping and knocking out the boiler
Luke came to mine and my tenants rescue on a Saturday evening when they experienced the boiler stopping working due to a faulty socket in the kitchen. He got them back up and running within an hour of arriving and identified a secondary issue that needed some parts (a socket hanging off in the kitchen which wasn't identified by the letting agents inventory clerk) he returned 2 days later and completed the necessary works.
