Communication good. Turned up on time with his team and ensured they knew what to do. Work completed as quoted. As it is the roof I cannot carefully check the work, it looks good from the ground. Everything was left clean and tidy.

The work carried out was very professional and of extremely high quality ,We had two dry valleys fitted and a new gully on a single story extension plus the single story roof was stripped new felt and battens and replaced The communication throughout the whole job was great .The guys were extremely hard working and it was carried out in bad weather but nothing stopped then . So glad we picked Berks & Hants Roofing we would strongly recommend them and would definitely use them again

I was really impressed with this company they kept me up to date from start to finish Sam and his colleagues did an incredible job they where polite professional and kept everything tidy they fix a long standing problem with are leaking chimney and roof leaks

Kept me up to date with timings and dates, as it was the roof and weather permitting. Took pictures of the issue before starting the job and finished pictures so I could see what was the issue and the work that was done. Slightly more than quoted, bit being a roof you never know what the issue is until the work is started.
