Berkshire Building Solutions have been in our home on a few occasions, and every time, we've been really pleased with the work done. We had a chimney removed from top to bottom, interior walls removed and a door opening bricked up. All this followed by plastering, electrical work and some carpentry. Throughout the process, John has been on hand to assess our needs, advise on the best approach, and most importantly, brought in some great people from his team to do the work. All have been professional, tidy and friendly. We would recommend Berkshire Building Solutions to anyone in the Ascot area

John and the team worked on a barn conversion at my pub, navigating the choppy waters of keeping dust and noise to a minimum while we were still trading — all with real expertise and consideration. They also had to deal with planning, conservation, and placating a demanding publican 😀. The team started on time and delivered the job on time, on budget, and to a very high standard. I am extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend BBS, with John very much at the helm.

Provided clear quotes for repairs to a flat and pitched roof, parapet wall and lead work that was leaking. Some additional work beyond the original quote was needed and clearly explained and quoted for. Quality of work was good and communication throughout excellent. Site was always left tidy and respected. There were delays in completing as there were other projects taking priority, but the roof was always left in a secure and tidy state and no demand for payment made until work was completed to my satisfaction. Problem seems to be fixed.

Berkshire Building Solutions managed our single story extension in 2024 and did a great job. We found John and the team reliable, trustworthy and easy to communicate with. They did a quality job across all trades and John has a great eye for detail, holding his team accountable throughout the process. We would recommend and will have no hesitation using them again for future projects.
