Fantastic workmanship from the team at Berkshire East Plumbing. Having used them for over 10 years now, I should have called them from off. I very recently moved house and found myself with a leaking hot water tank - I initially went through my insurer and was messed around for over 9 days! In the end I reached out to the owner OOH desperate for a resolution. Dave arranged for the opps manager Rich to contact me the very next morning, I had Paul out the same day who found the issue and some - I received the quote and booked the works for the next working day. Extremely reasonable costs :)

I had 11 radiators, a new boiler, and pipework installed. The installation went well, but the aftercare has been disappointing. I requested a final invoice after payment and asked for the radiators to be balanced before handing over to a tenant—both ignored despite emails and calls. This was a missed opportunity, as the incoming tenant runs multiple care homes and I would have recommended them. It’s a shame the good install is let down by poor follow-up. Once the job is done, you feel like just a number. This raises concerns about how reliable their warranty support would be.

Called them in to fix a blockage in bathroom pipework that was preventing sink and bath draining properly. Affected pipework was behind a tiled wall. They sent someone to assess the issue, and suggested a couple of approaches. We chose a full replacement of the affected pipework (we had already tried everything else (chemicals, rodding, vacuuming, endoscopes, etc). Ben was a pleasure to have around and did a really good job. Problem solved as planned and bathroom left as it was before he started, with the addition of a hidden access point. Very happy. Would recommend.

We were pleased with the work carried out by the company, the workman was punctual, competent, friendly and did a good job and also cleaned the area. Would be happy to recommend them.

Complex job to get to root cause(s). Turned out shower pump and cartridge were at fault (very old shower originally fitted with extension @ 15 years ago. New shower installed along with pump and everything works well now with modern fitting easier to repair if problems occour is the future. Rob was excellent in care he took on the technical aspects of job to resolve challenges of the job and the care he took in making a good finish and clearing work area of all debris.
