  Unvented Hot Water Cylinder Installation

  Changing to an unvented, double immersion cylinder .

  Leon and Ty were quick to respond to my job. They were both polite and worked well. Ty’s pipe work was exemplary. There was an initial problem with the wrong immersion cylinder being installed. Once pointed out, it was corrected quickly and efficiently. It has taken time to get the important paperwork sorted. I’ve had to find and download the correct booklet that explains how the immersion is programmed and works. I had expected to be given it with the new cylinder. Otherwise the job went well.

  Best price we’ve found on line but the quality of work was next level. For a standard boiler service these guys really went above and beyond and I’d highly recommend them. Will definitely be using again!

  Fantastic Service

  Our boiler stopped working and we phoned Berkshire Heat this morning. We had Zaheer out at our house within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and was very friendly and a pleasure to chat to, he’s extremely knowledgable and gave us lots of tips. Fantastic service and would highly recommend.
