  To repair holes in ceiling after leak and re plaster

  We have used Berrylands Builders several times - they built our extension and also have laid patio and driveway over the years. This time it was a small remedial job to repair the ceiling after a leak. As always the work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Once the work was completed the area was left clean and tidy. A clear estimate was provided prior to work commencing. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use again for any building work we require in the future.

  Wrap around ground floor extension w/ small 1st floor extension

  Garry and his team have just finished our large project (wrap around extension on three sides plus a small first floor en-suite). Garry and his team are knowledgeable, hard-working, friendly, polite and punctual. It is obvious that Garry really cares about his work, his invoicing is clear and transparent, and he goes out of his way to help keep costs down, which on a project of this size was appreciated. 2020 threw many challenges our way during this project, and Garry worked closely with us to help navigate our way to what is now a home we love.

  Rear, side and loft extension

  Garry and his team took on our big project to transform our home and we are thrilled with the results. The whole team were extremely polite, courteous and friendly. They were hard working and communicated with us well throughout. Garry and his team kept us informed of everything that was going on and were able to resolve any unforeseen issues. The work carried out was to a high standard and we would not hesitate to use Berrylands Building Co again.

  Two Storey extension and full refit of electrics and decorating of entire house.

  Garry and his team are absolutely first class in terms of workmanship, professionalism and they really did exceed our expectations with the end result as we feel it’s a completely new house! I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Berrylands Builders They really did do an excellent job. Thanks Garry and Team we absolutely love our house now.

  Two storey side extension and single storey rear extension.

  Garry and his team carried out the main build of our extension and did an amazing job. Many unforeseen problems arose throughout the build but Garry's knowledge and expertise is second to none with him always able to offer a perfect solution. Garry's team always arrived early, were hardworking and friendly. Constantly updated on the progress of the build and what would be completed by when. A very honest builder and would definitely recommend.

  Rear and side extension.

  Garry and the team have been great throughout the process and we recommend them highly. Garry always made us feel like he was thinking about our best interests and that we could trust him, his team are extremely hard working, polite and talented tradesmen. The finish and quality of our extension is outstanding and the final result is everything we hoped it would be - we felt the pride Garry and the team had in their work, which was very important to us.
