I've had a very conflicting experience having recently used them for a job. Whilst they installed a concrete base and shed in our garden to a professional degree of workmanship, including going out of their way to repair the shed doorframe that had been damaged during transit, then didn't come back (despite having already been paid) to take away all the leftover debris, including old paving stones, bags, wooden cut-offs and so on. After a couple of false promises over when they would be coming back it's been radio silence for the last few weeks. Extremely disappointing, would not recommend.

Having worked with besi development ltd on a previous project back in 2022, we went back to them because of their professional project management and high quality build. Despite this project being particularly challenging – due to working around our fully operational workshop throughout the development – Besi development ltd worked with us to ensure the build was completed safely, on time and on budget. Bes and his team done my driveway, the lads were always in time, done a lovely job very approachable they were quick to pick up what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional knew what they were doing and they have done a great job

The work was completed on time and was passed by a local authority which does give you peace of mind. Bes was on site 90% of the time and his workers were personable and hard working. After the footings or foundations for the extension were finished. The drive way and patio were completed after all the other works had been finished. There was a lot of mess but that was all cleared and couldn’t be happier with the finished project. Which is so I’m told from friends and family not always the case.
