From start to finish I cannot fault Ian's communication, even when the start date was moved around a little due to other commitments we were always kept up to date and as our job wasn't an urgent one for us any delays were no issue. Ian helped during every stage of the process, from initial consultation and quote, to design and building regs and nothing was too much trouble. Ian's commitment to a quality and tidy job was always apparent and he went, in my opinion, above and beyond to make sure we were happy at the end of the work - which we very much are.

I'm a bit cautious about leaving a good review as selfishly, I don't want Ian to become too busy that I can't book him in. In a nutshell he is one of the best builders I've ever used. I contacted him on Checkatrade to create an opening between my living and dining room and he was brilliant from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the get go which is unheard of, he turned up bang on time and did the job very well. Everywhere was left tidy and organised, and I'm so happy with the work. I will definitely be using his services again, as I'd trust him to do any job

Ian did an excellent job. He had to innovate but kept to his original estimate, came when he said and was always pleasant and polite.

Ian built our single storey kitchen extension after demolishing our old unsafe extension. He communicated well throughout the project, we always knew what was happening and when. Ian and all his subcontractors were fast and efficient, and all did a a great job. We would happily use again in the future.

Ian fitted a window for us. He's very easy to communicate with and has done a very tidy job. We'll be using them again no doubt. Thank you!
