  Natural hardwood floor laying

  A consummate professional, Lee was always on time, always tidy and a true craftsman who took pride in his work but also the process to get there. We had a very complex job with a lot of hanging variables and timelines but Lee guided us through and ensures top quality at an entirely reasonable cost and within our time constraints . Highly recommended.

  Sanding and staining of floor boards in several rooms

  Lee came to measure up, gave us a quote and stuck to it exactly. Fantastic finish that we are really happy with. We had complications as once Lee started, he found woodworm, so we needed to get that treated before he could finish. He was very accommodating with the complication and was back as soon as we were ready, to complete the work. Could not have been a better experience from our perspective.

  We got our walnut wooden flooring installed. The floors were inspected for moisture content and we were advised of the right measures to be taken. Lee and team then covered the floor with a DPM, removed the skirting boards and fitted them back for us after the installation was completed. The wooden floor was installed very accurately and looks lovely. We are very pleased with the service.

  We got walnut wooden floors installed and are very happy We absolutely love our floor which is installed with highest standard of accuracy and professionalism. Our floors were inspected for moisture content and all measures were taken before the installation. The team was very helpful and kept us informed at all stages. The floor was covered by an additional DPM layer, our new skirting boards were removed and the walnut floor was installed. The skirting boards were refitted. Lee also guided us and provided us with a new Bona mop to use for cleaning these floors. We loved the service offered.

  I am so pleased. Knowledge and workmanship outstanding. Always left clean and tidy. Work started on expected day and kept informed with progress. The finished result exceeded my expectations. The floor looks amazing. And as an added bonus I would have given 11/10 for courtesy if I could. They were the loveliest people you could wish for doing work in your home. So polite and respectful. Would 100% recommend this company.

  New engineered wood floor fitted downstairs

  Fantastic service and brilliant outcome! Lee has been so patient with us whilst we had delays with the flooring from the manufacturer and rescheduled us a number of times without complaint. We are SO pleased with the final outcome. Highly recommend Bespoke Floor Sanding!

  Refurbishment of old floor boards

  Absolutely brilliant, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. They are very professional in both their approach and workmanship, we are so pleased with the finished floor. Lee is so accomodating and knowledgeable, nothing is ever too much trouble and you can tell that he really cares about his workmanship. I would be more than happy if anyone wanted to call me for a verbal testimonial too.
