Bespoke Gas have done all of our plumbing and gas work for the past 3-4 years and on Thursday evening I emailed to say I thought there was an water issue causing our fuses to trip. Anthony came the following morning and carried out the necessary problem solving work to find the cause...which was nothing to do with their plumbing!! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Usual high standard of service by Bespoke Gas. Efficient booking, punctual arrival, clean, Covid safe and tidy. Professional servicing of our boiler gives us confidence it will work when we need it to, and give us the longest possible life for the boiler. Highly recommended, far better than the drudges sent by the big organisations.

Bespoke Gas always provide a fantastic service and we have used them regularly and frequently over the past few years. They explain the situation and complete the work in a timely manner. We have had a few pickles with our plumbing and they have always sorted us out. We recently found a leak that had presented itself on the lounge ceiling roof. In trying to locate it they caused minimal damage and then stopped to allow us to initiate an insurance claim. They repaired the leak and repaired exactly what they said they would and left the area tidy. We are always grateful for their work.
