We cannot recommend Bespoke highly enough. From the initial phone call, through the email communication, to the final invoice, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Absolutely everyone we dealt with was kind, friendly and knowledgeable, and the work was carried out quickly and thoroughly. The phone staff was very lovely and provided a full update about how quickly they can get an engineer out. The engineer was really knowledgeable and has provided really useful information about taking care of our boiler. If in future any faults occur I will not hesitate to contact Bespoke Heating

We're absolutely thrilled with the end product. From quoting stage to final installation. The entire process was faultless. We were kept upto date with regular updates, visits, preparation. Everything went even better than we thought. I would 100% recommend using Bespoke Heating NE Ltd. New Boiler Installation

Absolutely amazing service by Bespoke Heating. Our old boiler was poorly installed, Stephen diagnosed several issues immediately and made the property safe for us. A new boiler was installed just a few days later and we were completely bowled over by their professionalism, friendliness and attitude to getting the job done right. We were kept updated right throughout the process, putting our minds at ease. We would without hesitation recommend them to any of our family and friends. Superb company, cannot praise them enough.

Stop cock leaking

From ringing them up to completion of the job, they where totally professional. Bespoke should be everyone's first port of call. Debbie kept me up to date with the eta. The lads were very knowledgeable and saved me over £300 from a previous quote from another plumber. I highly recommend this company

Boiler service and full sweep

After a false carbon monoxide alarm resulted in the gas being shut off, I called Bespoke to check my boiler and gas line to ensure all was safe. The customer service when booking the appointment was friendly and communicative, and the service provided by Bespoke was thorough and efficient. The team were really helpful, and I'll definitely be using them for my annual boiler service going forward.
