Installation of heating system and fire
This company has today installed my central heating system.i cannot recommend them highly enough.From start to finish their work is exemplary. Nothing is too much trouble. Steven and Mathew went out of their way to explain everything to us.and not forgetting Frankie and Dan altogether a great group of guys. And not forgetting Debbie in the office the welcoming.cheery voice who keeps intouch throughout..A*****

Highly Recommended
I can highly recommend this company. I recently had a new boiler installed by Bespoke Heating and was very impressed with the service. From start to finish, it was incredibly efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress free. The team was lovely and very professional, and the work was completed to the highest standard.

Absolutely Brilliant Service From Start to Completion
Our hot water and heating went off so I contacted Bespoke who had their Engineer, Matthew, come along that same day. He diagnosed the issue as a PCB and returned repaired. On conducting thorough safety checks, Matthew noticed an inordinate amount of CO2 in the chamber. After discussing with the office, it was agreed to replace the flue which was conducted after the diagnosis. Steve and Debbie in the office kept us fully informed, their quotes were very reasonable, and the works conducted by Matthew and Dan have been absolutely first-class. Would very highly recommend and thanks very much!

We cannot recommend Bespoke highly enough. From the initial phone call, through the email communication, to the final invoice, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Absolutely everyone we dealt with was kind, friendly and knowledgeable, and the work was carried out quickly and thoroughly. The phone staff was very lovely and provided a full update about how quickly they can get an engineer out. The engineer was really knowledgeable and has provided really useful information about taking care of our boiler. If in future any faults occur I will not hesitate to contact Bespoke Heating

We're absolutely thrilled with the end product. From quoting stage to final installation. The entire process was faultless. We were kept upto date with regular updates, visits, preparation. Everything went even better than we thought. I would 100% recommend using Bespoke Heating NE Ltd.
