Hired this company to carry out a survey and produce an independent report on a kitchen refurbishment which was carried out by a DIFFERENT company in order to pursue a refund claim. Lucy from Bespoke contacted me, took details and then arranged a date for the survey. Andrew and Lucy turned up as arranged and conducted the survey, taking photographs, confirming what I had found and spotted lots of other things I hadn't. A written report was produced with findings, photographs, recommendations and overall summary. Both were professional, very personable and I'm totally satisfied.

Lucy is extremely polite, professional and efficient & helps get the work organised as you would like it to be asap. Andy and Martin carry out the work with as little mess as possible - I can highly recommend this team!

Another stunning piece of work by the Bespoke Team. A tired and dated bathroom transformed into being sleek and modern with elegant fittings and fixtures, making most of the limited space. The team met some challenges during the update eg old pipework and problems with the siting of radiator. All sorted with minimal disruption to the timescale for completion. A truly professional company and a pleasure to deal with.

I contacted Bespoke Home and Build their response was friendly and knowledgeable. We were considering an extension to our property, Andy listened to our needs and came up with a plan which also met our budget. The staff were professional, reliable and skilled. Works were completed within the time frame estimated and on budget with even some extra additions added along the way. We can’t thank the bespoke team enough. We are delighted with the new space created.
