  Fact . Sub standard I’ve given Rhys the opportunity to put right , he returned for one day on 26th Oct promising to complete that day then left it half finished and chaos left behind . I was very stressed and concerned as I’m recovering from a major operation and He advised next date to complete on 23rd Nov which I agreed on and have had no contact from him since . This project was to make safe my garden due to me having a correction operation on replacement hip . The slabs were and still a hazard to me . Ive also required a workman to replace approx 30 garden pots from my driveway
