A disgrace of a company. Purchased engineered oak floor no sign after 12 days of chasing, wouldnt provide me with tracking details, which made me suspicious. Asked them to cancel the order, they said they have with no confirmation. They also said the y have refunded the money. Finance company says different. Full of lies all the time

Bookcase
My ever-expanding book collection needed homing and Bespoke Oak provided a great extra bookcase that matched perfectly the existing ones. As it was wall-mounted, Joe even checked its solidity by seeing it could take its weight - it did!

Bespoke Oak are a hidden gem of a company. Everyone is so helpful, attentive and professional. From the initial contact, through Facebook, the first visit, quotes, agreeing prices; and most importantly the quality of the work, materials and workmen, everything was top draw. We have now have a bespoke wall unit, crafted to our exact specifications, that we will love for many years to come.
