  Good service, friendly fitters

  Quick response to my initial request with an visit to estimate costs for quoting, followed by a reassuring second visit by the window installer themselves to check and confirm quote. The window itself took a couple of weeks to come and the first one, was rejected by Bespoke, before I even saw it, through their own quality checks, which was reassuring. The guys who came to install were very professional polite and left no mess, giving a great handover demonstration. I would recommend them.

  Excellent experience and job well done

  Recently installed one patio door from Bespoke Trade Group. Had a number of quotes highest being £3000! The need to shop around these days is definitely a must!. So, when came across Bespoke was really surprised with their low cost and straightforward, no fuss attitude! Communicated on WhatsApp with Stacey who answered promptly to all of questions I had. Price was very reasonable and much cheaper than £3000. It took just over 2 weeks from first contacting the Bespoke to full installation and I am really pleased with the work. Everything, from start to finish was perfect for me . Highly recom

  Excellent service from Bespoke Trade Group Ltd

  Replacement window on stairs/landing area. Helpful service provided from initial quote through to survey and installation. Work was completed on time and in an efficient manner. Fitting team were friendly, working quickly and tidied up well after installation. Very pleased with the work completed and would have no hesitation in recommending this friendly, family firm.

  Threatening behaviour

  I am submitting this review regarding serious faults and unacceptable conduct following work completed at my elderly mum’s home. The job finished at 8pm on 17th December. The front door cannot unlock properly posing a safety risk and the back door allows cold air through due to poor sealing. Despite this my mum received three messages after completion. When I raised the faults on 22nd December I received an aggressive phone call threatening that the final instalment would increase unless payment was made immediately despite the defects. This behaviour was intimidating and unacceptable

  We take feedback seriously, particularly in relation to safety or conduct. However, we firmly and respectfully dispute the claims made. The installation was completed on 17 December and no safety or remedial issues were raised until 5 days post installation. We deny any threatening or abusive behaviour, our communication was and remains factual and limited to advising that the final balance was overdue and payable in line with the agreed contract and terms. We remain open to resolving your concerns but cannot accept statements that are inaccurate, damaging or defamatory to our reputation.
