My experience with the company was very positive from start to finish. The employees were efficient, accommodating, and friendly throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and maintained a high standard of professionalism. In addition to carrying out the job effectively, they were also happy to provide helpful advice at no extra cost. When I was unable to answer one of their questions, they took the initiative to visit the property themselves in order to resolve the matter, doing so at their own time and expense.

The Bespoke Windows Team provided the best experience from start to finish - from the very first meeting with Beata who arranged the quote, selecting the finishings, through to the installation itself. I was unsure what to expect having my kitchen and bedroom windows replaced on the third floor but Janusz and Rafael did it seamlessly with much less disturbance than I imagined. In fact I worked from home the whole 2 days! In addition, Janusz fixed a nick on my chest of drawers, without me realising! I noticed after he had finished the job. Talk about going above and beyond! Bespoke Windows and Doors installed an external glass door and panel to turn our open porch in our 1930s house into a closed porch. The work and the finished look is excellent. We chose a painted door and the colour match was perfect. We are really pleased and the house is much warmer. The work was done quickly and cleanly, and there was a clear invoicing and staging process throughout. The office was also very helpful with any queries.
