Contacted this company to clean my grandmothers house before Christmas. She arranged a time to meet with her and then text me to reschedule the time at the time they were due to meet. Once they met they arranged a date and a time for the job to take place. On this date I receive a text saying she is unable to make it until 3 days later as quote " she is busy moving house" I asked her to call my grandmother to let her no out of courtesy.
