We had a leak that needed urgent attention. They came to see it and offered to fix it on the same day. The guys were all polite and helpful. They explained clearly what was needed and the cost. The price was excellent, and the fix looks good as well. When finishing, they cleaned up and, in general, were really helpful.

From the moment they arrived they showed an understanding of the repair required they also discussed with me the procedure for repairing the roof tile and the costs involved which I thought were reasonable I also asked them to look at other work on the roof which they took photographs so that I could understand the further relevant work required I would use Best Roofers for any future work that is required on the roof of our home as from start to finish they also showed courtesy

] to repair a leak in my roof, and it has been an incredibly disappointing experience. They’ve attempted the repair three times, yet the roof is now in worse condition than before. Their work actually created additional leaks, causing more issues and damage inside the property. Each visit has left behind new problems, including broken roof tiles, poorly applied sealant, and a general lack of care for quality. Despite multiple calls, they have not shown any professionalism or commitment to resolving these issues. I strongly advise against hiring.
