Electrical fault

I had an electrical fault and called this company. They said an electrician could be with me within the hour and the callout fee would be £50.00. The electrician arrived 1 hr 15 min later. He cleared the fault in 45 mins. He then rang the office and handed the phone to me. The person in his office informed me the the charge is £330.00 and only payable by cash or Bank transfer. Obviously I argued but felt under pressure to pay as the guy was in my property. So I paid by bank transfer. Looking into this I found there a numerous instances on Trustpilot where they have done the same thing.

Sink and washing machine drainage

I had a blockage and could use the sing and washing machine so I had them clean the drains. Now the water flows extremely well.

Water Leak detection

The service from the company itself was awful. I have put in a complaint to resolve the issue but no luck. They keep telling me that they are investigating but having no luck since February. 3 plumbers cancelled on me for an emergency job. The last plumber Normunds who actually turned up had no clue what he was talking about and gave false information about the leak. No rectification have been done so far.

Plumbing inspection and report

Requested home buyers plumbing inspection and report- initially agreed to complete the job. Communication was not good as they contacted the seller for payment, even though I had informed that I will be paying for the job. I am not able to contact the engineer after trasnferring the fees. Report not send 20 days after completing the job.

I book the plumbing from you recommend ( best Technicians), Beginning they tell me they were charged 100 pound per hour, then finished the job. They charge me £140 per hour + vat in total I paid £408. I do not very happy with them. I don't feel the trust worth people.
