Chris was kind enough to install a new extractor fan. It wasn’t straightforward due to an old chimney but he did it professionally and to a high standard. Made it look easy! Also made sure everything was tidy and clean after.

Chris was absolutely fabulous. Quoted a very reasonable price and was super professional from the beginning to the end. He was always punctual and worked the weekend as well. The job was done to a very high standard and the house looks amazing now . He tidied up at the end of each day and communication throughout was great. And best of all he did it with a smile! Would thoroughly recommend him.

2 Bathrooms Refurbishment
It is not easy to find a very good and reliable builder this days, but I been lucky finding Chris to refurbish my two bathrooms. I am saying this because I had previously other builders which they been so messy and poor quality but also expensive. Every since Mr. Chris finished my bathrooms I recommend his skills to my friends and they all said that they are very excited with his quality work and his price. If you are looking for a good builder don’t hesitate to hire Mr. Chris to do all your range of jobs — from my position I can ensure you that you will be fully satisfied. Best wishes!

REFURBISHMENT
I first meet Mr. Chris in my daugter’ house refurbishing the bathroom and the kitchen in summer of 2020. I was quite impress with his work. Last year in June I brought a 4 bedroom house on actions. The condition of the house was very bad, but with the help from Mr. Chris the house become a beautiful home. His help’workers were very tidy and very fast and in just 3 months the job was done. Looking behind I can say it was a very complex job: taking off walls/demolition and building new electric, new plumbing, new flooring, new kitchen, new bathrooms… All stars for Chris’ work! Fully recommend!
