  2 story extension in Caister

I honestly cannot recommend Bexsam Builders highly enough! They recently completed a two-storey extension on my property in Caister, and from start to finish, the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. Their professionalism, workmanship and attention to detail were second to none. Every stage of the build was carried out to an exceptionally high standard, and it was clear from day one that they take enormous pride in their work. The whole team were hardworking, reliable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you again!!

Timber extension to match existing old building

After being let down by a previous builder. Sam and his team took on the job in a very professional manner. Listen to our requests kept us updated on all aspects of the build. Very happy with the finished building.

  Excellent service

Our retaining wall, needed the rendering repaired as it had been badly damaged by antisocial behavior and weather. They re‘ did a large part of the wall rendering and the standard is excellent, they even filled in the holes that had formed between the wall and pavement, as an extra, that I asked them to do last minute. They also put some ‘expansion joints in because of the curvature of the wall and heavy traffic going by. They kept us informed before and during the repair job. They always tidied up after themselves and left the site tidy. I would highly recommend them.

  Porch Build

We couldn't be happier with the porch Sam and Harry recently completed for us. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. They handled every aspect of the build—including the brickwork (which matches the original house perfectly), electrics, plastering, and flooring. The final result looks amazing, and we have already received so many compliments from people in the village! We were so impressed with their professionalism and craftsmanship that we have already rebooked them for a much larger project later this year. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

  Brick work and joinery

We had Sam in to cut a hole into the garage from the utility room and block up a window, they also put in a stud wall inside the garage. This was all completed to a very high standard in all aspects. We can say in all honesty that Sam and his mate were honest, Knowledgeable and reliable, turning up every day on time. We were so happy with his work we invited him to quote for another job we want to do
