Removing tv aerial which had become bent and twisted
I got a phone call within 30 minutes of putting the job of removing a tv aerial which had bent and twisted in recent storms online which was a Saturday. Ian said he would come on Monday afternoon to do the work and gave me a price. Weather on the Monday was bad but he turned up mid afternoon and did the work quickly. Mounting of large tv on wall
From the first point of contact to the job being carried out, everything was great. Ian telephoned me very quickly after posting for someone to do the work and he arrived on time. I had a 55” flat screen tv to be mounted on the wall using a cantilever bracket. He checked everything with me first, what height I wanted the tv etc and didn’t leave until he made sure I was happy with everything. I’m confident it is very secure. TV aerial/reception issues
Been having reception issues on our TV's but only on a nighttime. Ian came out and explained that it could be due to a number of issues. He worked on these in a systematic manner to find the issue and the reception issues have now stopped. Tvs could not get signal for all channels

Identifying and resolving the problem with loss of TV reception, and installing a new aerial
Ian responded immediately to our enquiry and used his years of experience to identify the varied sources of the problem. He was incredibly professional throughout, suggested a couple of solutions with different costs to resolve the problem, leaving us to make the decision. The work was completed quickly and everything is now working much better than ever before.
