New flat roof and roof light installed
Excellent roofing work completed to a really high standard. Respectful and kept to time. Area was kept clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this firm.

Rear single storey extension
Barry did an excellent job in building our single storey extension to the rear of the property. We were kept informed throughout and he asked our input at all the key stages like socket locations etc. We are now thoroughly enjoying our extended lounge with skylight! Would definitely recommend and will re-use if we ever do anymore building work.

Extension
My wife and I were looking at having a back extension done to our new house. As this was our first property we needed lots of work done to the property and we were on a strict budget. I was recommended Barry from a colleague of mine who has used B F Neal and Sons a lot in the past and could only speak of pleasant words. We are now looking at fully renovating the rest of our house after Christmas and I will fully give B F Neal and Sons my business for many more projects in the future.

Extension to lounge and recent job of new shower doors.
We have used them for 3 jobs. All work has been to a high standard. They are very customer focused and considerate.

Two and single storey rear extension.
Barry is a good quality builder. He managed our extension extremely well particularly with the tricky internal adaptations working around us in occupation and even keeping our kitchen functional throughout. He attended site regularly, organised his workforce well, kept us informed daily and was always last to leave after hoovering, sweeping and tidying up. He used sensible invoicing stages and there was very minor snagging at the end.
