I needed some extensive roof repairs carried out so contacted BFR for a quote. Ashley turned up and took some pics with a drone to show me the issues and provided me with a very competitive quote. Ashley was polite, courteous and well mannered and was always available to contact if needed. The work took 4/5 days and I was kept informed of everything from start to finish. Timmy and Dane did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend BFR Roofing as I was extremely happy with the standard of work. They also went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Poorly finished job, ive chased at least 6 times for snags to be fixed. After getting an external company in to inspect the work several flaws have been found: including 1 of the downpipes not having been connected to the wall, or to the drain. The guttering falls short of the roof end on at least 2 ends, and is pushing the bottom row of tiles up.I let Ashley know that my neighbours guttering had been accidentally damaged when accessing my roof via their garden and thats still not been assessed.

BFR were clear from the outset, talked through all potential options and dealt with issues that arose from having a 60s roof. All workers very polite, punctual and took into account our family needs with the timing of work. Clear lines of communication were set up so that everyone on the project knew what was happening.

We had to unexpectedly install two vents for extractor fans through our roof while the kitchen was installed. We had one day to do this and BFR accommodated our timeline and did a great job, would thoroughly recommend

The roofing work itself was completed to a good standard and I’m happy with the final result. However, the experience dealing with the staff was disappointing. Communication was unprofessional at times, and some of the workers came across as rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, the owner/manager was also very forward in the way they spoke and handled interactions, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. It’s a shame because the quality of the roofing work was solid, but customer service and professionalism really need improving.
