Faulty ballcock in cold water tank
My cold water tank was noisy and gushing all the time and it needed a new ballcock. Ben replaced the old ballcock and this fixed the problem. Ben was helpful, friendly and highly efficient, working tidily and effectively. Not only this, he was a delightful and friendly guy too and also very reasonable in price. I would not hesitate to call on Ben again for any other plumbing job and can 100% recommend him to others. Thank you Ben, it was a pleasure to meet you,Verified reviewerJob location: W7RGayle S10 General Plumbing

One of a kind gas engineer
Ben is without a doubt a highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly gas safe registered expert, he carried out a service on my old (very old) boiler. The best part was he even taught me about the inner workings while I was floating about in the background. I highly recommend Ben if you need a gas engineer. PS, I called him in the morning on a Friday for an emergency job and he attended my property well out of normal business hours. What a gem! Thanks Ben.Job location: HA510 General Plumbing
