New Worcester Bosch boiler fitted, excellent service from start to finish, reliable, efficient, highly recommended

Spotted their van on my street recently and happened across them on here when I was looking for help. Called Warren today after a weekend of no hot water from the taps or in the radiators. Was able to fit me in today, diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Was done quickly and confidently. Worked clean by using a sheet to work on, to protect the carpet. Was happy to answer any questions I had about services and future works also. Will definitely use again for all heating works.

Would definitely use again. Warren came out today and sorted the problem on my boiler. Very polite and efficient. Once we described the problem, we was told what it was before he even came to look. Very reasonable prices!

Warren rang to advise he was on route, and arrived not long after. Went through information given on initial contact then cracked straight on with fault finding, checking the boiler over and the electrics. Found the fault, located a merchant with the part in stock (locally fortunately for us) and then collected replacement part and fitted immediately. Also discussed, at my request, options for replacement boiler going forward. Give these guys, a call very polite and efficient.

From start to finish, the service and communication from Josh and Warren was outstanding. Would highly recommend. Great workers and great prices.

Warren was very reliable and professional. He explained the issue to us in detail so we knew what the problem was and was given a good price. He did the repair the day after the quote when he had the part and was very quick and tidy when doing the repair.
