    BIA were excellent in the planning and implementation stages and really went into detail of what we wanted and why. A few niggles include downpipe water not being fed into drains but they were easy to rectify myself. Once they'd finished the job I did find a fair amount of rubbish from the workers which tarnished the experience a little. Regarding the time keeping, we expected a 4 day job but it ended up taking 6 as they went to finish jobs elsewhere - this left us struggling with dogs needing the toilet as the garden was off limits over a weekend.
