    All-new gas central heating system (combi boiler, radiators and controls).

    I had Luke round to quote for a brand new heating system and associated minor tasks. Despite my many queries and changes of mind after the initial visit, Luke was happy to help and quick to respond by e-mail. I had my system installed while I was away, and came back to a neat installation with everything as agreed, "as if by magic" with no mess (except for brick dust, which unfortunately gets everywhere!). After much trouble getting my gas meter, bravo to Luke for completing the connection that same afternoon. Friendly, competent and competitively priced -- would happily recommend!

    Installation of two combination boilers and installation of cast iron radiators in a listed property.

    Luke Bidwell and his brother Josh have been amazing. Their workmanship and attention to detail is exemplary. They are hardworking, courteous, reliable and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

    New Shower

    The drainage is not right. We you have finished showering you are left with a puddle of water. The door shut is uneven with gaps and does not fit properly. The tiles are a bad match. Glue left on glass and other untidy bits.
