  Loft Conversion

  I initially contacted BLL in 2021. Jon arrived and discussed what I to achieve.I was struggling to get planning permission and went to appeal to finally get it over a year later. Jon was so understanding and patient,but promptly returned to agree a start date so that I could finally get going.His guidance was brilliant.He immediately spotted errors on the architectural drawings that would have caused major problems to the build later on,if not spotted in time. Comm were regular and the BLL team started promptly and finished the loft within the given time.I would highly recommend BLL to anyone.

  Refurb and loft conversion

  Jon and the team helped us convert and refurb our entire house. They did an incredible job and everyone has said they cant believe its the same place! If recommended them to anyone. The team is great, so helpful and the quality of the work is brilliant!

  Low-Level Rear Extension and Loft Conversion

  Amazing work carried out by Jon and his team making our house into a home. From start to finish, the project run smoothly with guys on site 8am every day. All of The team are friendly and they accommodated all our neighbours. Jon is always on the end of phone no matter what time of day for any questions or changes we had. We couldnt of asked for a better company to carry out a massive project to our home and would recommend them everytime. The work carried out is to high spec and can not fault any of it. These are not your typical builders these are the best around!

  Loft extension and first floor alterations

  The loft conversion was completed on time and is exactly what was promised and designed and of high quality. The first floor involved moving a wall and demolition of chimneys and conversion of a room to a bathroom. This work was not easy and even though we were living in the property the work was done extremely efficiently.

  L shaped dormer loft conversion

  Bigger Living recently completed an L-shape dormer loft conversion for us which was completed in record time. The standard and quality of the work was outstanding and exceeded out expectations. We cannot recommend Jon and his team highly enough: polite, punctual and very hard working. We received various messages and comments from our neighbours about how polite and respectful Jon and his team were throughout the build. Right from the start, Jon's advice and extensive knowledge was invaluable in helping us achieving the result we wanted. Biggerliving are fantastic.

  Fantastic communication and constant presence. Clean, considerate and high standard

  Great communication on every element of the build. Workers went over and above expectations to keep house clean. Reasonable price and high standard of work, highly recommend.
