Hi, Gelson of Big london plumbers installed a new Bosh Worcester boiler at our house. Part of the work included a MAGNETIC FILTER which was included in the quote so it was paid for,  but Gelson did not install it and instead has left the old one. 2 weeks only after the installation, it started leaking. It is not reasonable that Gelson asks us to buy a new filter again , and he does not reply to our messages/calls now. Without an answer on this issue, we have to follow Citizens Advice, and fill a Small Claims Court to seek compensation. Regards
