  No skill or care, installation is not fit for purpose.

  We engaged this builder to install a patio and a retaining wall in the back garden. The outcome is a very poor-quality installation. We were continuously told that the ground is being laid as requested: sloped down and away from the house. Unfortunately, the first rain proved otherwise. Water flows to the house walls risking future damp issues. Basic Building Standards and Building Regulations have not been followed. Issues raised with Xhelal were met in a rude manner and concerns fully dismissed. We were shocked by how hostile his manner became. . The retaining wall is of very poor quality.

  Outstanding company!

  We are over the moon with the work done. Results are amazing and the Billa team completely changed our patio. They were great in every way, and they were very professional, trustworthy and reliable.   Really please we went with Xhelal and his team - great experience all round. Really reasonably priced when compared with 7 other quotes. Friendly and professional. Did the work to a very high standard, made great suggestions, didn’t skimp on the gate we wanted installed and cleaned thoroughly when finished. Would definitely recommend and if ever we have other works done will be using him again. Thanks

  Recreated my small front garden

  Removed old bike shed, old gravel and weeds, replaced fence, and laid a lovely pebble area and flowerbeds. Prompt, helpful, easy to work with - highly recommended!

  Front patio paving

  Absolute great job. Spoke nearly 9 months beforehand about getting front patio done. After all that time still kept to the same quote. Done a fantastic job and was very quick and tidy. Even came back a week after to touch up the paint work. Great bunch of guys, would happily recommend
