  Convert Single Garage into an occasional ensuite bedroom

  Bill did an excellent job designing and project managing the conversion including building control, ground works, drainage and electrical, bathroom fitting, new windows and installation of decking. Despite problems in the supply chain due to Covid he delivered the project to time and to a good standard. Always keen to offer ideas, listen and be prepared to be flexible; and anxious to provide a good service to the customer he was a pleasure to work with. He has many building skills and his good relations with local tradespeople enabled the job to be deliver the job quickly and flexibly.

  Groundworks, foundations and retaining wall for parking

  Courteous, prompt and very easy to work with. I contacted Bill on a Saturday and he came outcame out to look at the job the following day at the time agreed. I received the quote that afternoon and he started work on a Sunday 2 weeks later. He kept us updated throughout the project and nothing was too much hassle. Would very happily use him and his team again.

  Complete new ceiling after existing one fell down

  The job was extremely well done on the agreed date and all cleaned up perfectly after completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bill Bodenham for any job he took on. He and his workforce are all excellent craftsmen.

  Garden landscaping with concrete fence posts, retaining walls, soil supplied, patios and edged paths.

  Approx number of days job taken is estimated due to breaks on account of wet weather. Engineering aspect of work was excellent, rendering of concrete bases, brick walls and patio slabs was very good, and the team carried out various tasks confidently such as transporting and reassembling a summer house at another site and demolishing and clearing existing garden infrastructure. I felt I had hit the jackpot in terms of having Bill accept and complete the work requested, quickly and without anxiety of slippage (aside from unavoidable suspension due to wet weather).

  Renovation of damp breeze block workshop into a beautiful warm, dry, well lit garden room and study

  Bill was great from the first meeting and provided us with a detailed quote which matched the estimate very quickly after visiting. He gave us good advice through every stage and along with his links with other tradespeople he kept us well informed - letting us know immediately if there was any change of plan. We are really pleased with our finished space and friends and family are amazed at what he has done. Thanks Bill.
