  New composite slate roof

  Bill and his team stripped our old original roof and replaced it with a composite slate roof at the beguinning of the year. They did a great job around the awful weather we had. This is the second roof Bill has completed for us and we will continue to use him if we move again.

  Bill Edmeades and his fellow roofers fixed my roof during a period of torrential rainfall. The scaffolder had issues that could not be quickly fixed and this was the only snafu. This was not the fault of Bill Edmeades. I was kept informed of the situation. While it was frustrating I did know what was going on and that is the way things sometimes go. Even a leaking roof. The job was done quickly and professionally. Any concerns I had were addressed. The guttering was also cleared upon completion. If you’re looking for an experienced roofer go to Bill Edmeades. I’m glad I did. 10/10.

  Bill failed to show up at the agreed date and time and we heard nothing, no phone call, no visit later to explain or apologise. Two days later I phoned up to query why and was told they had lost my phone number. Two days after that Bill came round, inspected the job, said he’d come back and never got back in touch. When I phoned him over a week later unsurprisingly my call went straight to voicemail. I left a polite message asking Bill to let us know if he could do the job, or whether we should contact someone else and never heard anything back. Disrespectful and unprofessional.

  Replaced pitched roof to semi detached house.

  Bill and his team were a really nice bunch. They worked extremely hard, very happy with finish. Would recommend.
