Asked Billericay Heating to quote for supplying manhole cover at side of our house as the existing manhole cover and frame were badly rusted . I thought price of£180.00 +vat was high but wrongly assumed this was because of work would involve replacing old frame and cover. However, their engineer simply arrived with a new cover and forced it into old rusty frame. He was only here about 10 minutes. I felt immediately that I was overcharged for this Job and recently raised matter as cover still does not fit properly. They refuse to give me a breakdown of their invoice ie material + labour.

We had a Worcester Bosch boiler service carried out by Haydn. He was on time , courteous, polite and very helpful. Dealing with Billericay Heating from start to finish was excellent. Haydn also helped sort out another problem and was only too willing to help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellent service, always cheerful, Our job is always a difficult one as our boilers are in a tricky place but they never complain and always get the job done. I cannot recommend them enough.

We used this Company to undertake the supply and installation of our preferred gas boiler. The Gas safe engineer and his assistant were absolutely confident in all they did for us dust sheets and protective boards laid down prior to commencement. They power flushed our system with non toxic chemicals All work carried out was very neat and tidy. The new boiler and flue were commissioned and all radiators were bled through and work perfectly I cannot fault their work and their reasonable costs. The new Gas safe Certificate is in place and the new Hive Thermostat works very well.
