Fixing a severe problem with condensation in the loft.
Happy to recommend Bill’s Roof Repairs and Maintenance. High standard of work and very thorough. We had a persistent problem with condensation in the loft. This was effectively fixed by rearranging the venting of an en-suite extractor fan. Bill installed a far more efficient solution than the original installation which we expect to greatly reduce the condensation. Thanks for an excellent job!
Replacement facia, soffit and gutters.
I have no hesitation in recommending Bills roof repairs. Bill is a pleasant polite personable man who is a genuine grafter. He communicates well and considering how messy this work can be is extremely tidy. The quotation we received was reasonable and accurate. If we ever need roofing work again Bills roof repairs will be the first company we contact. Our house exterior has been transformed and now offers real kerb appeal.
Substantial repair to garage roof
Bill completed what was a difficult and substantial repair on an old building. He carefully blended old and new tiles to ensure the roof maintained its character. His work was very neat and tidy and he worked hard to ensure a good result.

As this was just one tile it is very hard to get anyone to do it, it was done with no cost involved
Unreliable
Initial contact with Bill was great and quote sent out quickly too. I tried to follow up on the work and have had emails, text and calls ignored. Really disappointing as seemed like would be a reliable and good service. No matter how big or small the job doesn’t seem accurate for the small job I needed.
