  Modern house transformation, rear extension, loft conversion, studio garden apartment

  This company has converted my 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house to 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens. 2 of the bedrooms are included in the loft conversion. Plus they built a free-standing, self-contained 30sqm studio apartment, including kitchenette and bathroom, in the garden. The builder used a recommended architect and assisted in obtaining all the required permissions from the local council. His team also landscaped the garden, leaving me with a lovely large modern home. Billy did a fantastic job and I highly recommend him.

  Great job installing new lights

  Billy offered a very competitive quote for replacing our lights with spotlights and installing three dining pendants. The work was done efficiently, neatly, and exactly as agreed. Really pleased with the result — would happily use him again and recommend him.

  French balcony installation and plastering post window installation.

  Billy was very responsive, up front and honest with his quote. I would def use him again for more work. Most importantly, he was fast and the quality of his work was very high.

  Loft extension with bedroom, bathroom & living room plus build a brick garden wall & fence

  Billy assisted with finding an architect to do the drawings. After Council approval he built the loft extension. All work has been professionally carried out, inspected and approved by Enfield Council. He is reliable, friendly and always on hand to take your call. He built a brick wall at the rear of my property and repaired the front section with wood panels and all work done in record time. A few years ago during a very violent storm, damage was caused to the flat roof and within a few hours he was up on the roof repairing it - he went above and beyond to help me!!!
